Acquity promotes Pink to Head of Account Management |

Sharon Pink of customer insight agency, Acquity, has been promoted to Head of Account Management. Sharon Pink joined Acquity, then known as Tri-Direct, in 1997. She rapidly built a formidable reputation in the D2D channel. Her passion and commitment to the channel led to an astonishing growth in this medium; at one point it contributed to over one-third of the company's turnover.

Richard Davies, managing director, said: "Her forensic attention to detail and ability to put client needs first and foremost made Sharon a natural choice for this pivotal senior management role. She was instrumental in bringing in HBOS in March '08, and she and her team of ten have continued to focus on outstanding account servicing.
"Amongst her many achievements has been the development and deployment of a range of unique and sophisticated insight tools such as ‘Paragon', a bespoke modelling tool used to indicate propensity, and ‘Virtue', which delivers accurate channel attribution to multi-media campaigns."
