Great results from survey

Tri-Direct has just published the results of its second Client Satisfaction Survey. A significant number of clients, representing the sectors, budgets and media channels that Tri-Direct work in, were interviewed by Caroline Midmore Associates.

Here are a selection of some of the quotes drawn from the in-depth, qualitative interviews:

• “very satisfied, competent, professional, friendly, a good working relationship, I’m happy with how it works and what they do, very effective”

• “very efficient, they know what they're doing, we feel confident they will respond, it's lovely, staff are very knowledgeable, very friendly, really nice, go out of their way to help”

• “the best door drop agency in the marketplace, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they do exactly what they say they're going to do”
