Steve Reid joined Tri-Direct in 1998. As Commercial Director, Steve is responsible for new business development and partnerships for the company.

Steve has a wealth of sales and sales management experience spanning some twenty years.  Steve has expertise in all aspects of sales: telesales, field sales and sales training.  He strongly believes that training and development is crucial to ongoing success and dedicates a lot of his personal time to the training of others.

Steve has been responsible for revamping and implementing new sales processes within the company which have had a significant impact on results and targets.  As a member of the board of directors, Steve is also responsible for internal communication and staff development.

Steve is also a Chartered Director of The Institute of Directors, which is the only recognised qualification for company directors.

In 2010 Steve was elected to serve on the DMA Data Council.
